Contact forms
When the contact form is sent, no data is stored on the servers. The form simply sends an email to the internet communications manager.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you will be asked to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is purely for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information if you post another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.
If you have an account and log on to this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.
When you log on, we will set a number of cookies to record your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. What data is collected?
The following data is collected: Name and email address. Once you have filled in the form, you will be asked to confirm your registration by replying to the confirmation email, otherwise your information will be completely deleted 30 days after you have filled in the form.

How long your data is stored
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This makes it possible to automatically recognise and approve subsequent comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.
For users who register on our site (where possible), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their user name). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
The rights you have over your data
